Zoho Livedesk

Did you notice on recent corporate webpages a floating button to discuss? When you press on this button, a chat window is displayed allowing to communicate easily with members of the company. We have a good news for you! Zoho launched Livedesk, a chat application for SME.

We tested this Zoho Livedesk tool during the beta where we were invited as a Zoho partner in France and Mexico. This program allows you to take care of your customers or prospects from your website. It is a chat application that you can integrate to your page. It is another method to communicate in real time for different scenarios:

  • a prospect has questions about features and prices of a product
  • a customer does not understand a received invoice
  • a client needs support for a service
