MYSuite performed some updates to its digital invoicing service from Wednesday August 15th at 23:00 and Thursday August 16th 2012 at 01:00.
Please find below some of the changes:
- View of the generated information in node Lugar de Expedición
- Zero rate discount in retail addon (used by Liverpool)
- Addition of mandatory field Cuenta de Pago in old form
- Possibility to save reception address
- Update of asterisks (*) for mandatory fields, leaving other as optionals
- In old form, removal of notice while double clicking on the button to generate the invoice
- Preview (visual representation) made with Ecrion
- In new form, the button to generate the invoice is disabled once clicked, to avoid sending several times the same invoice
- View of the Acuse de Recibo del SAT of a CFDI in the Comprobantes Emitidos option
- Prohibition of blank space or hyphen usage as part of the username
- Results of: Elegir receptor o Elegir del catálogo (productos) are displayed in a list with 10 items per page. This will help interaction for companies with many receivers and products
- Addition of special forms to generate appendixes for: Almacenes García, Dupont, MAVI, MABE, Soriana Servicios, VOIT
- Addition of special form to generate the Carta Porte document
MYSuite has included a new software for PDF (visual representation for digital invoices) creation.
