As a signal of this new step, MYSuite suggested that the MZ Consultants customers should be directly managed by this company. The next invoice for November, corresponding to the digital invoice service, will be sent by MZ Consultants. Payment of this service will done to the company’s account.
There will be no impact to the quality of service provided by MYSuite, nor to the daily use of the application (same page, same user, same password).
MZ Consultants, constantly looking for offering best services at attractive costs to its customers, decided to lower the cost of invoices exceeding the monthly subscription. It will now be at $ MXN 3.2 par CFDI. Monthly subscription remains at $250 for 100 invoices. As an example, a client generating 250 CFDI is currently paying $775. With the new price, total amount will be $730.

Zoho is a Saas editor of many business solutions for SME. If you are a customer of such services, your data is hosted within their cloud infrastructure. All major players in this industry (Salesforce, Amazon, Microsoft…) reported this year interruption of services and Zoho suffered a 3 hour outage last week. Main questions you have are:

In case of major issue, the Saas company has put in place read only sites. From these pages, you will be able to have access to all your data in the application: if you want to get the customer address from the CRM for your incoming meeting, if you need to get the outstanding invoice report your forget to send yesterday to your manager… The constraint from these read only sites is that you will not be able to create, modify or delete records.

Zoho uses two data center facilities from Equinix, a world class leader in this industry: one in California and one in the New York region. These data centers have triple redundancy in their power systems to prevent an abrupt power outage. Data is mirrored from one site to another to avoid any loss.
