MZ Consultants joined this week Grilog. This association is a cluster of Grenoble IT companies. Its objectives is to enhance collaboration within members, promote this industry and help firms in their development. Grilog sets up regular networking and thematic meetings.
We have worked during several months to offer a new service to our customers in Mexico: the digital invoicing with CFDI from Zoho CRM. They will take advantage of digital invoicing through our customer relationship management tool. They will not have to copy data held in the CRM such as customer name, RFC, invoicing address, product cost and name in another program. With this solution, the company will manage the entire sale lifecycle, from prospecting to invoicing and follow up, in the Zoho CRM application.
This solution we are offering is a link between Zoho CRM and MYSuite to benefit from the two tools:

- CFDI invoice (PDF et XML) distribution to end customers through email

MZ Consultants was able to create this linkage between Zoho CRM and MYSuite thanks to its experience with both applications, its API programming knowledge and its privileged contact with both partners.

We tested this Zoho Livedesk tool during the beta where we were invited as a Zoho partner in France and Mexico. This program allows you to take care of your customers or prospects from your website. It is a chat application that you can integrate to your page. It is another method to communicate in real time for different scenarios:
- a prospect has questions about features and prices of a product
- a customer does not understand a received invoice
- a client needs support for a service

The next invoice for November, corresponding to the digital invoice service, will be sent by MZ Consultants. Payment of this service will done to the company’s account.
There will be no impact to the quality of service provided by MYSuite, nor to the daily use of the application (same page, same user, same password).
MZ Consultants, constantly looking for offering best services at attractive costs to its customers, decided to lower the cost of invoices exceeding the monthly subscription. It will now be at $ MXN 3.2 par CFDI. Monthly subscription remains at $250 for 100 invoices. As an example, a client generating 250 CFDI is currently paying $775. With the new price, total amount will be $730.

Zoho is a Saas editor of many business solutions for SME. If you are a customer of such services, your data is hosted within their cloud infrastructure. All major players in this industry (Salesforce, Amazon, Microsoft…) reported this year interruption of services and Zoho suffered a 3 hour outage last week. Main questions you have are:
- what can you I do in case of service interruption?
- is my data safe?

In case of major issue, the Saas company has put in place read only sites. From these pages, you will be able to have access to all your data in the application: if you want to get the customer address from the CRM for your incoming meeting, if you need to get the outstanding invoice report your forget to send yesterday to your manager… The constraint from these read only sites is that you will not be able to create, modify or delete records.

Zoho uses two data center facilities from Equinix, a world class leader in this industry: one in California and one in the New York region. These data centers have triple redundancy in their power systems to prevent an abrupt power outage. Data is mirrored from one site to another to avoid any loss.
Issues can always happen but Zoho has taken measures to reduce any risk and let your business be available all the time. As a general rule, we always advise to perform backup of the data you upload in Zoho applications. Many applications allow you to easily export the information in .CSV or .XLS.
