Did you ever try for your contracts the digital signature? There is no need anymore to print a document, send it to the recipient to get it signed. Since start of April, we are successfully using PandaDoc to send our proposal of services to our clients.

The steps to obtain the signature are the following:

  1. Add a document
  2. Input an email
  3. Indicate the place where the signature and other fields will be
  4. Send

The recipient receives an email with a PDF containing the contract or the document to sign. A link in the email brings you to the webpage where you need to input data. Once signed, the document is sent to both participants with both signatures.

In France, since the n°2001-272 decree from March 30th 2001, digital signature has the same legal value than a hand writing signature.
